Cut The Top
The scansteel foodtech® Cut the Top is the machine technology to use for breaking off layer by layer of whole Pallets of frozen together blocks. The Cut the Top is designed to cut out one single layer of frozen blocks at a time from a complete pallet consisting of frozen together blocks. You can choose both manual and automatic mode. Includes manual layer adjustment option for the operator.
